Any small typo may prevent you from logging into your account.

In case you forgot either your ID or password follow the instructions below

1) Forgot your ID?
- Click “Forgotten ID?” on the Sign In page
- You will be directed to a new page where you should type your e-mail used for creating the account
- Once you type your e-mail and click the submit button, the ID will be shown

2) Forgot your password?
- Click “Forgotten Password?” on the Sign In page
- You will be directed to a new page where you should type your ID and the e-mail used for creating an account
- Type your ID and E-mail then click the submit button, once done a temporary password will be sent to your e-mail
- Click “Sign In” and enter your ID along with a temporary password
- You can later change/reset your password on [My page → My info]
