My order status says it has been delivered, but I still haven’t received my package. What should I do?

All packages are issued with tracking numbers. Please go to MY PAGE and see ORDER LIST.

On our system, status is automatically updated as "Delivered" after 7 days of dispatch.

If you failed to receive your package within 4 days, please check recent status and if the package has been forwarded to a different person or to the wrong address,

please contact our customer center as well as the DHL or EMS. In some cases, packages may be held at customs for tariffs.
