Why is my parcel being returned back to Korea?

In case of absence of addressee or un-settled customs fees, a package is sent back to the sender as failed delivery.

Please keep track of your package to prevent failed deliveries, when packages are returned to Korea they will not be shipped again.

Actual shipping cost based on the weight of the parcel will be deducted from the refund.

We do not take responsibility for wrongly typed address, so please double check before you make your payment.



※ Please note that return transportation costs including customs duties will be deducted even for the orders made on the free-shipping day if your package is unclaimed or sent back to the sender as failed delivery.
