If your order status says [Preparing for Shipping] then the order is available for cancellation.

Please note, systematically, as though it may appear your parcel has not been shipped yet, the actual shipment may have been delivered already;

hence, should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through the CS center(puer9@naver.com) to confirm the whereabouts of your parcel.


*If the total amount is decreased due to partial cancellation and your order is no longer a target of free-shipping, then there may be a deduction of shipping cost according to shipping policy.
