Please contact our Customer Service Center within 14 days upon receiving and let us know return tracking number within 3 business days for us to assist you with the returning process.
When you return the product to us, please request a return through the courier you received. (DHL or EMS)
Once the returning items reach our warehouse, their conditions will be examined. If those items show any sign of use, they will not be valid for return.
*If your return is not the result of a Puer Homme error (e.g. defective, incorrect items), the return shipping fee must be borne by a customer and the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
